On how much Calipari talks to them about sharing minutes …
Murray: “You just have to put in the most effort that you have. We did that tonight. We’re still learning how to play with each other, and how to be coached by a Hall of Fame coach who gets after you on the court and off the court. We’re just having fun and trying to learn.”
On playing with Ulis and Briscoe together …
Murray: “It’s a lot of fun because we play off each other, we all look to score and pass to each other. Our offense is always in set when us three are on the floor together.”
On what they do best when all three of them are on the floor together …
Murray: “I’d say staying organized, and I think where ever the ball is swung we can all shoot it, keep on driving to the rim and finding our post players who can step up and shoot. We’re just very focused on running the offense getting back in our defensive set quickly.”
On if he thinks other teams will be able to handle three guards on the court together …
Murray: “I’m not sure how to answer that. I mean, teams are going to have their strategies and we’re going to have ours, but we’re going to go in there and try to execute as well as we can.”
On looking comfortable in the three-guard lineup despite not playing together too much in practice
Murray: “We had a lot of fun playing with each other. In practice, nobody’s more competitive and goes at each other. We try to keep teams even, but tonight was a different story and we tried to play off each other.”

This team is loaded with talented players that truly like to play the game as a unit and not individuals. We are so lucky to have them and it's going to be a fun year watching them grow as a team and individually as well.

I can see where the practices would be like a war. When you have that depth of talent and all the players being stars in high school it has to be hard to all of a sudden be sitting on the bench. That has to be the hardest part of Cal's job determining who sits and who plays.

It's going to be much tougher than last year when you had 2 teams. This year he also has at least 10 guys who can play and I hope they play well enough to earn minutes.

Cal is a smart coach and knows what he has. Depth is one of our biggest assets and he will use it to the maximum. I just hope 'all' the players buy in and give 100% when they are on the court. Looks like another fun year.

Our depth is one of the reasons why he's decided to press this year!

This team will be better for having the schedule we do and by tournament time we will be ready to go. This is where a tough schedule really pays off.

Cal has had a ton of talent and probably as good of recruiter as he is a coach.
