For the second-straight Saturday, it appears the Kentucky Wildcats will be road underdogs.
This time, it’s against the Missouri Tigers, who are fresh off an impressive road win at Alabama. Sure, the Crimson Tide may be 13-8, but they’ve got as impressive of a home resume as anyone in the nation, including wins over No. 11 Auburn, No. 12 Oklahoma and No. 22 Rhode Island.
Needless to say, it was an impressive win for the Tigers, who ESPN BPI is giving the edge in Saturday’s matchup with the Cats:

This game was one of the 3 losses I had them picked for before the season started. Hope I missed it.

Once their 5-star guy went out with the season-ending injury I figured we'd have no problem in this game. We just aren't as good as everyone thought we'd be.

I could have sworn that I saw "porter" on the floor during the old miss game the other night!
Guess I did more damage to myself than I thought due to stroke!!

The opening line out of Vegas favors the Missouri Tigers by three points over the cats. If we can't beat Missouri tomorrow, we will more than likely have double digit losses this season.

Kentucky can win or lose these next five games, depending on which jeckl/hyde team shows up to play.
Win or lose, I will watch them and root them on. Can't really quit watching at half time, deficit or lead, it doesn't matter, miight be a different team that comes out of the tunnel for the next half.
I am going to be positive and say they win 4 out of the next 5. We shall see, Go Cats!

We could finish 1-8 over the last 9 games. Or we could finish 8-1. Just depends on whether we can shoot the ball mainly. We can play good defense but if we shoot 40% we could have a rough time. Gabriel better find the range is the most important factor I believe.

I watch the bad along with the good, never turn off a Ky basketball game until the final horn sounds and the game is over. I keep hoping this team will get some consistency on both the offensive and defensive end of the court but time is running out really quick on them, 9 more games and then the tournament. I hope Cal can change the mindset of this group and turn them all into winners.

I'm not a guru, and I may be crazy, but I have a good feeling about this game. I think the Cats will win by a fair margin. Say in the 8-10 point range. [ 02-03-2018, 01:21 PM: Message edited by: Old Norm ]

Our last two games haven't been that good but we did win them with good finishes. Hopefully today we can get off to a good start and not look back.

That feeling you had might have been gas, Norm. The jury is still out on that one!
