All the SEC coachs have really been impressed about this years Kentucky team. That really is not that surprising as teams like this just don't come around that often.

Vanderbilt coach Kevin Stallings wouldn’t say that Georgia could not knock off unbeaten Kentucky Tuesday night because “anything is possible” in any game, but he also had a warning for the Bulldogs.

“If Georgia is going to pull it out, they have got to be awfully good,” Stallings said on the Southeastern Conference coaches teleconference. “There are not a lot of holes in that Kentucky team. Their depth is incredible and their effort level is incredible. I think John (Calipari) has done a terrific job.

“Georgia will have to be the best Georgia can possibly be. Of course, anything is possible and Georgia has a very good team, but playing the Cats this year is different than playing everybody else.”

Stallings said he thought a team would have to “make a bunch of 3’s” to beat Kentucky because there are “not a lot of good looks at the basket” for opposing teams.

“They are very good at defending the ball and ball screen coverage,” Stallings said. “They are so good defensively. You just don’t get a lot of looks. Maybe if a team hit a bunch of 3’s (it could beat UK), but it is a tall order.”

South Carolina coach Frank Martin emphasized that he thought Georgia was a “NCAA team” despite its two losses to South Carolina. The Bulldogs are 19-9 overall and 10-6 in league play. However, Florida coach Billy Donovan, who will face UK again Saturday, noted that UK is the “best team in the country” and has been all season.
