That was such a flop. That's a terrible call, and he hurt Williams by flopping. Can we ever get solid refs. He didn't even blow his whistle until Williams had fallen down on the guy and lost the ball.

We just look sloppy. 8 turnovers is too many. If we get to 16 turnovers or more, we tend to lose.

Team is sleepwalking through this first half. 8 unforced turnovers, missed layups, and lucky they have only been called for 10 fouls because they are playing defense with their hands and not their feet……and like most games they NEVER block out.

I think Pope needs to not be so positive all the time. Sometimes a guy may need his butt shewed for not boxing out, playing lazy defense, or making lazy passes and cuts. Nothing positive about those things.

This is absolute trash for us to be down in this half. Defense is awful. Also, if the refs are calling these fouls we need to attack the basket also and force them to make some calls.

That's just terrible defense. Allow a guy to go full court is 6 seconds and get and easy layup. If we could play any defense we would be a top 5 team in the nation.

Terrible defense. You can’t allow a straight line drive to the basket with 6 seconds to go. You have to force a change of direction.

If they lose this game they lost it here in the first half even with their normal porous defense and giving up second chance points.
Take care of the ball and make layups and they would have put 65 to 70 points on the scoreboard this first half.
Oklahoma is even worse than UK on the defensive end in my opinion.

Agree Trey. This is another game where we should be up by 10. We just make things so hard on ourselves at times. I would still love to see some zone mixed in to keep the other team a little off balance. It sure couldn't make things any worse than they are.

I hope Pope lit into them for their defense. At least a little bit. They need to start taking some pride in getting stops instead of just hoping to outscore a team. We really need to get this win. I don't see us beating Auburn and I'm not sure we win at Missouri.

I'm sorry, but I'm predicting a loss. We have let this team hang around way too long with sloppy defense and sloppy offense, too many turnovers, we're on the road, and it's an unranked team. If we played any good defense this game we would be up by 10+. We play defense like this against Auburn and we'll lose by 20 and give up over 100.

Watched on my lunch break.....Impressive performance by Oweh the last 8 minutes and the team even had a few key defensive stops including the last play of the game.
