Don must have bet a heavy amount on Auburn on the moneyline today or he is part of a gambling ring. It seemed obvious to me
Single handidly tried to give Auburn the game on four straight occassions:
1. Called phantom foul on Okpara to send Broome to the line for 2.
2. Broome misses both....ball clearly goes off of Johnson for Auburn and rules Auburn ball. They have to review and give the ball to UT as it was clear as day the ball went off of Johnson.
3. Doesn't give Ziegler the timeout in the corner on the inbound and alternating possession gives ball to Auburn.
4. Ball clearly goes off of Broome and once again he calls it Auburn ball only to be reversed again.
All of this happened in a matter of 20 seconds of game action.
Absolutely unreal.
EDIT: I should have added. Daily was in perfect position on every one of those calls. There is no way you can miss 4 calls in a row, in perfect position without intentionally trying to do it. [ 03-16-2025, 12:27 PM: Message edited by: Trey Ball ]
-------------------- Wife's Mad. Told me we never talk anymore. And just last nite while watching super bowl told her 2 or 3 times to get me a coke and popcorn. Also told her not to forget to take out trash in the morning. Ain't that something. Also told me I was too indecisive. Can't figure out what to do about that. One nice thing I guess. She called me a pro crastinator. Don't know what a crastinator is but I guess I'm a good one for her to call me a pro. Gonna wait til tomorrow to look that up though. I love her but somrtimes can't help but thinking I should have told uncle Junior to keep his coon hound pup and stevens double barrel and also his youngest daughter.

They need to find some type of replacement for human referees, because in just about every college basketball game I watch, they are all just horrible.

PC,
I am convinced that refs in all sports are betting on games and controlling outcomes.
I think there is a correlation with the increase and availability of on-line betting with the worsening of refs calls across sports.
I don't think that is a coincidence.

I was thinking the same thing watching it live. It was the same ref missing very easy calls, and making the call in Auburn's favor each time. Luckily, they did go to review and it was easy to see he was wrong. Some of the quickest reviews I've seen. It is very suspicious when it's the same ref doing it 3 times in a row.
