Is July 4th a happy holiday? I think so. I have seen more acts of kindness this week in the form of simple gestures that people make to strangers, than I have seen in a long time.
Kinder motorists, kinder shoppers, and people just smiling more in general is what I have noticed this week.
The worst holiday is Christmas because it is commercialized and people with cut you over a parking spot. That holiday cheer is a ruse. INstead of everyone being happy and focusing on what the holiday should mean, it is about getting things done at the last minute so you can travel or be ready to entertain guests and family.
