I watch a replay of that race nearly every year around derby time. It sill gives me chills.

I have a great memory of seeing secretariat when I was a little boy. He was the greatest athlete of all time.

We lived in Louisville and I became a track rat, my wife was glad when we moved. I never got to see Secretariat run but we did go to Clayborn and they paraded him out and family got to see him...It was a special time for sure. He was huge and you could see why he was special.
