Yes, a very merry Christmas to all my TCD friends! Today is the celebration of Immanuel -- God with us, God entering into his creation as a humble, vulneralble child, born to parents of low means, yet of royal lineage. Born to live a perfect life, to teach us to reframe our relationship with a Holy God, and to die as the only possible sacrifice that could reconcile us permanently to God, his spilled blood marking a new, and far better covenent. God is, indeed, with us.

Merry Christmas to you all. We are just now coming out from under the stomach bug that decided to attack our family. We are pretty confident that it arose of the very pit of hell itself. This think had multiple people down in a house that did not have enough bathrooms to accommodate and didn't have enough insulation in the walls to keep others from knowing the intimate details of what was occurring in that tiny little room.
We are glad that everyone is on the mend, and I am hopeful that you all had a Merry Christmas!!
