He looks like just what the doctor ordered! But I don't see any mention of UK being interested.
"""Just over a week ago Columbia transfer Patrick Tape made a verbal pledge to Duke. On Thursday, Tape opted to reopen his recruitment, multiple sources tell 247Sports.
Tape, a 6-foot-10 power forward, initially picked Duke on March 24th over interest from a host of high major programs including Georgetown, Maryland, Ohio State and Syracuse.
The Charlotte native averaged 11.9 points and 5.9 rebounds a game, while shooting 66.7-percent from the field during the 2018-2019 season. Tape sat out the 2019-2020 season.
Tape, who is regarded as one of the top available transfers, is eligible to play next year at whichever school he chooses."""

Tape has decided to go back to Duke. Here is the info on Haarms. Could be a good backup.
"""The Matt Haarms transfer news shocked the basketball community on Monday, and he quickly become the most sought after player on the market.
"It's been a wild day," Haarms said. "Have about 30 missed calls that I still need to catch up with."
Since landing in the NCAA Transfer Portal, Haarms, a 7-foot-3, 250-pound native of Amsterdam, has heard from more than 20 schools.
The schools that have reached out are Gonzaga, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Ohio, Illinois State, Louisville Kentucky, Arizona, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Arizona State, Syracuse, DePaul, South Carolina, Boston College, Seton Hall, Wichita State, Cincinnati, Oklahoma State, Washington State, Utah, Oregon State, San Jose State, and Cal State Fullerton.
"It's too early right now," Haarms said when asked if he had an idea of who he would consider. "I still have people calling who haven't texted me so I don't even have the full picture just yet."
Haarms averaged 8.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.0 blocks a game, while shooting 52.4-percent from the field. As a sophomore Haarms averaged 9.4 points and 5.4 rebounds a game."""
