Interesting topic to discuss, but that old "iffying" game is fun to toss around. What if Tennessee fires Phil Fulmer. That's right, with a probable loss to Fla. this saturday, and stopping a two-point conversation, Tennessee could easily be sitting 1-2 in September. Right now, the Vols are 2-0 and have Florida in a huge game this Saturday. Look, Fulmer probably doesnt deserve to be fired since he has won a national title and UT, and has one of the highest winningest percentages of SEC coaches. But you never know in the world of college football???? Plus, get David Cutcliffe as the OC. Heck, UK already has Randy Sanders at the QB coach!
Do you think Mitch, could take some time away from those soccer and volleyball games and maybe place a call to Fulmer, who he might know from his Tennessee. Who knows, Fullmer might not even take the his phone call. He might hang up on him. Could you imagine that???? Certainly, this is mere speculation.....

How about Larry Coker, at Miami. The man is around 54-9 at Miami, and on the hotseat??? Well, the Canes are just 1-1 and have a possible loss, at Louisville, this Saturday. Those Canes fans are extremely unreasonable and demand titles.

Maybe Mitch could lure these two successful coaches with some UK soccer tickets, or something non-revnue sport. Sure, if the situation it rises (it probably won't) does any UK fan have faith in Mitch, and discussing this position at UK, WHO KNOWS FOOTBALL!!!!

UK NEEDS TO PUT TOGETHER A FOOTBALL SEARCH COMMITTEE WITHOUT MITCH BARNHART. THAT WOULD BE A COULD START TO THE PROCESS TO HIRING A FOOTBALL COACH. GET A CLUE, MITCH. Now, get back to that soccer game you are watching!!!!

Fulmer isn't going anywhere, you can bet the farm on that. Coker however, yes, he is in real danger. He lost to FSU....and LSU beat the living crap out of them w/their backup QB. By all means, bring Coker up here. He'd be great.
