I can't remember when I have felt better about UK FB. Sure it was a disappointing loss and another in the sad history of UK FB, but with the way the team played, especially the defense, I feel optimistic. I feel especially bad for the players and coaches but hopefully after some time they can appreciate where they've taken the program and where it can go. As an exciting a game as to which I can rememvber listening. On to the bowl and a victory is quite possible if they can play a similar game.

I have tiptoed back into the canoe, but I haven't sat down yet. Let's see what next year brings. I haven't gave this team a chance to win very many game before the year, so I really got to give Brooks and this team their props. What a great year for UK Football.
