Jurich hired Tulsa coach Steve Kragthorpe on Tuesday as the school’s 20th head football coach. Kragthorpe, 41, replaced Bobby Petrino, who resigned less than 48 hours earlier to become head coach of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons.
