ESPN.com's early look at 2007 Top 25
SEVEN SEC teams in the Top 25, and 2 more listed as "Close to the Top 25"
8. FLorida Gators
10. LSU Tigers
12. Arkansas Razorbacks
16. Georgia Bulldogs
20. Auburn Tigers
21. Tennessee Volunteers
25. Alabama Crimson Tide
Close to the Top 25:
South Carolina Gamecocks
AND - KENTUCKY WILDCATS!!!!
There are 11 teams listed as Close to the Top 25, but they appear to be listed in alphabetical order, so it is hard to tell where exatcly the writer thinks we stand. Regardless, this puts us somewhere between 26 and 36.
Louisville is listed at 11.
