1) Another commitment for UK, as the Wildcats land arguably one of the best middle linebackers in the state of Florida in Ronnie Sneed. (For the record, it’s spelled with an ‘IE’ not a ‘Y’ look it up on Google). It’s hard for UK fans to grasp, but this is a guy that has had over 200 tackles in 2 years playing in the shadow of the Lamb brothers at Lincoln and some darn good football teams at Godby HS. This is a kid that made a name for himself and was First Team All-State as a senior and played in the North-South All-Star game in the state of Florida. That’s big time for UK to nail him down this late in the game over Steve Spurrier. I’m impressed by the verbal.

With the recent decommitment, and the death of the kid from Ga., we were in need of some good news regarding recruiting....and this sounds pretty good!

max, it's especially good to hear we got a top flight defensive player. just seems we have forgotten the defensive side of the ball.

YOu're right Catman. I don't think we recruit nearly enough on the defensive side of the ball!!
