Have I ever told you guys why I like this board? Same thing Prophet says its the most objective out there. You guys and girls are intelligent sports fans. Mcfadden will win IMO, even though most of us think it should be Tebow.

Anybody I left out that should be considered, I left out Rice from Rutgers because of their record I figured he didn't have a chance!

If Missouri beats Oklahoma and Chase Daniels doesn't win the thing than they should just stop giving out the stupid award IMO.

I would vote Daniels, White, Tebow, McFadden. I would have had Dixon second until his injury.

So that brings up an interesting question, what is the Heisman, is it the best player in college football because if thats the case than its Tim Tebow, if its who is the best player for the best team than its Daniels or White of WVU, so which is it? If its best upperclassmen than its McFadden, so whats the deal, what does the award stand for?

If college basketball was based off of best player for the best team than Al Hortford should have been player of the year last year not Kevin Durant, and looking at their rookie stats that might actually be the case!

It hardly seems fair to campaign in a poll. If it were an election, then I could see it. Are you actually wanting to see what people actually think, or do you just want Tebow to win your poll?

I would hope I don't have to campaign for grown people to vote for who they want. I asked if anyone should be included that was left off. I was asking a legitimate question, what is the basis for Heisman selection because the media changes everyday, if its the best player then IMO thats obvious, if its the best upperclassmen then thats a different story, and if its the best player for the best team then thats different too. Obviously people can be wrong all the time about election see the last 8 years of our country! [Wink]
