OK, here is my early forecast for Brooks and Co. in 2008.

@ Louisville, W 28-21
Norfolk State W, 41-7
Middle Tennessee W, 38-24
Western Kentucky W, 42-17
@ Alabama L, 24-21
South Carolina W, 23-20
Arkansas W, 35-28
@ Florida L, 35-21
@ Miss State W, 24-21
Georgia L, 38-31
Vandy W, 28-27
@ Tennessee L, 20-14

I think UK has a great chance at 8-4 (4-4 SEC) and the Peach Bowl. I do not think the Cats can match Florida or Georgia in talent, but every other team on the schedule is beatable. South Carolina and Arkansas back-to-back are pivotal games. UK has never beat Spurrier, and Brooks is 0-4 against Petrino. UK has as much or more talent than do the Hogs and Gamecocks, so those two are must wins for bowl hopes. Miss State is not a must win since it is on the road, but I think Kentucky takes it for revenge from last year. As always, the Louisville game will have a huge impact on the season. If only we could beat Tennessee..... [Frown] [Frown]
