I liked to see how well Anthony Kendrick and Justin Bean are doing. they are going to be a great receiver's and have a good chance of starting as freshman. With these two new QB's coming in we are going to have to find some talented receivers or we won't be able to take advantage of their talents..
A look back at how the Kentucky football commitments fared last weekend:
Brian Adams, athlete, Cumming (Ga.) South Forsyth - Adams and his team dropped to 2-4 on the season with a 27-7 loss to North Forsyth. Jordan Aumiller, athlete, Boyle County - I assume Aumiller didn't play in a 55-6 win over West Jessamine. He wasn't listed in the newspaper article or box score.
Justin Bean, WR, Tupelo (Miss.) - Bean had catches of 41 and 54 yards in a 41-14 victory over Southaven.
Mister Cobble, DL, Central - Cobble and his Yellowjackets beat Shawnee 28-14. Qua Huzzie, LB, LaGrange (Ga.) - LaGrange had an open week.
Tristian Johnson, DE, LaGrange (Ga.) - LaGrange had an open week.
Anthony Kendrick, WR, Katy (Tx.) Seven Lakes - Showing an amazing display of athleticism, Kendrick had six catches for 97 yards and three touchdowns in a 35-28 loss to Mayde Creek. The Katy Times reported that two of his TD catches were one-handed, one coming with the left hand and the other with the right hand.
LaRod King, athlete, North Hardin - King completed 15 of 31 passes for 187 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 70 yards in a 28-7 win over Central Hardin.
Kevin Mitchell, OL, Douglasville (Ga.) Alexander - Mitchell and his team dropped a 29-17 decision to Douglas County to go to 2-5.
Ryan Mossakoswki, QB, Frisco (Tx.) Centennial - Mossakowski completed just 5 of 14 passes in the first half before an apparent foot injury in a 38-14 loss to Sherman. Mossakowski threw for 90 yards and one interception, before news reports say he was injured while being sacked late in the first half. No update on his status.
Morgan Newton, QB, Carmel (Ind.) - Carmel is now 8-0 after a 35-7 win over Terre Haute North. Newton ran 13 times for 89 yards and two touchdowns and completed 11 of 14 passes for 184 yards and two more touchdowns in the victory.
Sam Simpson, C, Henry Clay - The Blue Devils won for the second consecutive week with a 41-6 victory over Paul Dunbar.
David Sims, athlete, St. Matthews (S.C.) Calhoun County - Through seven games, Sims has completed 57 of 107 passes for 916 yards and 15 touchowns and rushed 109 times for 706 yards and 10 more touchdowns.
Jarvis Walker, DB, Metairie (La.) Rummel - Walker's team posted a 38-7 win over Jesuit to move to 5-0.
Myron Walker, DT, Metairie (La.) Rummel - Walker has an interception return for a touchdown two weeks ago. This week, he helped his team to a 38-7 win over Jesuit.
Larry Warford, lineman, Madison Central - Warford's team dropped their first decision of the year, a 24-21 loss to Scott County.
Ridge Wilson, LB, Central - Wilson sat out to rest his injury in a 28-14 win over Shawnee.

Thanks for the update....one guy from in state and that is an underclassmen that UK may want to push for is McCreary Co, safety (and first yesr qb) Aaron Watts. He has received a lot of attention recently from Auburn and LSU has recently jumped in the mix as well. A tremendous athlete at 6'2 and 180 and a 3 sport star that is D-1 in all 3 sports. When he commits to one sport and redshirts, I believe he will be a diamond in the rough for someone.
