Lindley may play against Eastern..
Trevard Lindley will try to play this weekend. It is an understatement to say that Trevard’s time away has had a significant effect on the team’s defense and their inability to stop the pass and commit to run defense, as in the game against Mississippi State. Lindley’s return when fully healthy, which will most likely be the next week against Vanderbilt, gives Kentucky the ability to shut down one side of the field in the passing game and gives Steve Brown much more flexbility to stop the strengths of the other team’s offense.
