There have been rumors swirling around the message boards that Central High School standout linebacker Tim Patterson has committed to Kentucky.

It's not true - yet!

He is probably waiting to see who will coach Louisville.

And this is one of the reasons I hate the coach in waiting concept, see no matter how "committed" this young man was to our program, the prospect of a new exciting head coach has him putting the plans on pause. Let's just hope they don't get a huge spark and start beating us on these recruits weighing the two of us against one another.

I talked to a Florida graduate i met on the golf course today that is pretty close to the program and he says Strong will take the job and they are sick about losing him. He said he will do real well especially with all the contacts he has made with recruting here in Florida. It looks like Louisville may have lucked out on this hire if it goes thru. He may be waiting for their bowl game to be played before announcing his plans to coach Louisville..Hopefully this guy doesn't know what he is talking about but i think he does. Time will tell.
