Larry Vaught is reporting tonight that Mike Douglas, a 3 star Linebacker from Largo, Florida has committed to the Cats. Mike is 6′4″, 220 pounds and projects to play Defensive End in college. He had offers from Florida State, Ole Miss and Purdue, and picked the Cats because of his relationship with the coaches and his desire to play in the SEC

Any time we get a 3 star athlete it's a good sign however until we can get more 4 and 5 star players it's going to be hard to play with the Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, LSU, Georgia, and the Auburns of the conferance.
