This has been out there A LONG time. To me, it seems more like the NCAA waited for Carroll to leave. And, of course, it doesn't hurt that Lane Kiffin is there either.

BCM, of course it's been out there for a long time however what makes this a big story is the sanctions that have been put on USC. No one expected to see the sanctions so strict, i'm sure Kiffin didn't. [Big Grin]
