The good thing is his knee will heal and he will be 100% next season.

Josh Clemons is out for the season with a meniscus tear in his knee. Clemons leads the team in rushing yards with 279 and was probably the brightest spot for the group in terms of the future, with the majority of Kentucky’s other productive players (on both sides of the ball) being upperclassmen. While the news certainly hurts a group ranked second-to-last nationally, the silver lining is that the injury is not a major one and Clemons should be able to make a full recovery and not suffer any lingering effect going forward. However, even with the return of Raymond Sanders to the backfield, it’s a tough blow for a group that needs to catch a break in the worst way.
