I think the Heisman ceremony is stupid. They bring three guys into a room where one will be happy and the two losers have to sit there looking like they're happy for the winner. Why don't they just announce the winner and then have a ceremony for that guy only?

I like the drama, it's all for tv ratings. If they were going to just announce the winner they could do that with all the other awards they announce from universal studios. I also think it's cool how they devote 15-20 minutes to each finalist to get to know something about them.
