According to CoachingSearch.com, Mark Stoops plans to hire Joe Scola for a player development/personnel role. Scola worked with the linebackers at Florida State as a defensive graduate assistant for the last two seasons.

The more coachs and players who have ties to Florida the better. If we can build up a pipe-line for recruits from Florida the better off we are going to be.

We already have made pipelines in Ohio and Florida, we are also creating pipelines in Georgia, Virginia and Texas, Louisiana.
