It really looks and sounds like the playes attitudes are changing and for the good.

After spring practice ended, freshman running back JoJo Kemp said the Wildcats just wanted to “compete and have fun and just play” as part of the process to make progress for next season.

But what is most interesting is how Kemp, who has never backed off his belief that UK can win and win big, feels about what can happen this season.

“Everybody has the mindset to compete and we don’t want to lose like we did last year,” Kemp said. “Everybody has that different mindset and everybody just wants to compete. Go out there and play their best game so we can win. We’re trying to change the program around so that’s just what we have to do.”
