Topic: Mark Stoops’ knee surgery went well this morning

One day after his busy National Signing Day, Mark Stoops underwent knee replacement surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington. UK confirmed this afternoon that everything went well and he’ll be back on his feet soon.

He seems like a fairly young man to need such a procedure. I have heard others have had good success with knee replacement.

My wife had one done and couldn't believe how quick she recovered.

Stoops was from a football family and played for Iowa so I am sure the ware and tare on his knees finally got the best of him.
