At least IMO. Yes, we will probably lose at least a couple more games but I still believe Stoops has got this program headed in the right direction. AND, at last, nobody, including Tenn and Georgia, can look at their schedule and chalk up a win. Will they beat us? Probably, but I think we will compete, something we failed to do in years past.

Yea, our offensive line needs to do a better job of protecting Levis and other aspects of this team needs to improve including some coaching decisions.

If you believe this season is a failure you have not been a Uk fan
as long as I have.

I guess I’m a little naive but I remain optimistic.

I certainly didn't expect a win last night. I believe this is a good team not great, but I'm much happier than I was before we got Coach Stoops.

Good bounce back after two painful losses. This team has grit, and enough talent to win a lot of games.

In the past, we would have maybe enough talent to compete with our first string, but once we subbed, the drop-off in talent was painfully evident. And, even if we "hung in there" with an SEC team, by the fourth quarter, our good players were on the field so much that they were just worn out. Hard to win like that in a league as tough as ours.

But Stoops did the smart thing... he redshirted many freshmen, even talented ones, and started building the bench strength we always lacked. Now, we can rotate players without such a huge drop-off, and that has made all the difference for this program.

Yes, this is a good football team. I like to watch them, but I wince more when things go wrong because my expectations are higher. That, my friends, is a good thing. [Smile]

That was a good win after a poor start with the 9 penalties in the first half. Very good 2nd half. I can only imagine how good we would be if our line was as good as last year. We have the quarterback, and receivers, but the line can't hold up long enough to give Levis time to hit the long ball. UGA and TENN could be ugly if we can't run the ball, and hit enough long passes to keep them honest.
